In a proclamation, Chopra said, "While conditions were bad and the breeze speed was excessively high, I was certain I would perform well. I'm happy with the outcome, I am cheerful I had the option to win a decoration for my country. The opposition was intense, contenders were tossing on a decent normal, and it became testing. I gained some significant knowledge today. They strive after gold will proceed. However, I want to trust we can't get gold each time. I will give my very best, spotlight, and focus on my preparation."

He added, "It could have looked simple yet Anderson probably set forth gigantic energy to cross 90 meters. He is a world leader this year, tossing excellent tosses, a few over 90 meters. I'm cheerful he has buckled down. This is great for me as well, I have a great rivalry. I didn't feel compelled by the way that I am an Olympic hero. I had confidence in myself even after the third toss. I got back in the game and dominated silver, it felt better. I would attempt to change the shade of the award sometime later."
