After seven and half decades, Sarwan Singh, 92, a resident of Bahaudinpur village in Jalandhar district, and his nephew, Mohan Singh who is now Afzal Khaliq spent time together. Mohan Singh brought homemade ladoos for his uncle. Both were short of words to express their pleasure. Their eyes got teary when they hugged.

Patna: On Friday 5th August 2022, one Mohammad Jibril Alam, a resident of Pokhariya Tola village in Ramnagar Mahesh panchayat under Srinagar police station in Madhepura district of Bihar, beheaded his 30-year-old wife Murshida Khatoon and 3-year-old daughter Jia Parveen using a sharp-edged weapon just because he suspected his wife of adultery.

Nagma Khan and Narendra Saini who married each other in February this year have filed a complaint at Mathura Gate Police Station in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur against Nagma’s father for issuing death threats to the couple.
