Playing pivotal roles in this revival saga are the National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and the District Rural Development Agency, who have taken the reins as the nodal and implementing agencies for this noble scheme.

A significant emphasis is being placed on streamlining the production process, with efforts underway to curtail escalating costs.
