The petitioner argued that the Kerala government's order meted undue favoritism to the Muslim community at the expense of other religious minorities.
On Friday (May 28), the Kerala High Court upheld that ‘sub classification’ of the Muslims within the minority community and disproportionate awarding of scholarships to them is not legally sustainable. The Court’s observation comes to a major setback to the Kerala government which sought to provide scholarships to Muslims and Latin Catholics/converted Christians in the 80:20 ratio.

Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) had dismissed a plea filed by PETA and two other organisations against Amul for saying that plant-based products can’t be called ‘milk’
For the last several days, Islamist propaganda organisation PETA has been targeting Indian dairy giant Amul, asking them to switch to plant-based products from milk. Responding to their appeal, today GCMMF managing director R S Sodhi asked who will provide employment to 10 crore people who depend on the cooperative dairy sector, if the company stops using milk. It may be noted that the Amul brand is owned by Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd.

A Legal rights body has requested the Centre to cancel IMA’s FCRA license citing the promotion of conversion under the leadership of Jayalal
Advocacy organisation Legal Rights Protection Forum has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare(MoHWF) seeking to revoke the medical practitioner license granted to Indian Medical Association’s President Johnrose Austin Jayalal who openly confessed his intentions to convert non Christians in Bharat. It has also sent a complaint to the Home Ministry seeking to cancel IMA’s FCRA license as Jayalal has made it clear that he has been using the organisation to further his agenda.
